Paderno – Tempering unit
Tempering melts the chocolate. The chocolate will be more shiny and creamy.
It allows you to set an appropriate temperature and keep it constant.
At the end of the process chocolate is ready to be used: in the preparation of cakes
or in the form of small and tasty chocolates.
