I love sushi

Sushi is a typical Japanese dishes. It appears to have been brought to Japan by Buddhist monks who returned from China in the 7th century.

Today, Chinese restaurants have brought sushi worldwide with a fast food style formula.

But sushi is so much more. The preparation of the sushi, the ingredients and the presentation are all parts of a ritual.

The tools are fundamental: from knives (Yanagi, Deba, Usuba etc.) to bamboo, to bento boxes.

With these tools, making sushi recipes will be easier.

Sweet sushi is emerging in the field of pastry. Forms and colors of traditional sushi re-proposed in sweet version.
