The extra virgin olive oil LE TRE COLLINE was born from the passion for the land that the F.lli Telesca Agricultural Company has been carrying out for over three generations.
Our olive grove extends over the hills of the northern Lucanian Apennines, where the climatic and soil characteristics have always favored the cultivation of the olive tree. LE TRE COLLINE extra virgin olive oil, also in the BIO version, is obtained from the olives of our territory, of the Frantoiana, Ogliarola, Fasoia and Coratina varieties, rigorously hand-picked directly from the tree to preserve their integrity. The olives are processed within 24 hours with traditional stone milling and cold extraction in the family oil mill. Only after a triple natural decantation the oil is bottled and is ready to be tasted. The result is a high quality oil, with a light fruity flavor and a low acidity content which makes it ideal for a healthy Mediterranean diet.
