Measurements: dial – d. 4,5 cm (Inch 1 3/4″); penetration probe – 13 cm (Inch 5 1/8″)
Range: 0 + 120 degrees (+40 +240 Fahrenheit) Scale: 1 degree (2 Fahrenheit)
Details: for accurate temperature measurement, insert the thermometer stem into the thickest part of the meat.
The dial is clearly marked for beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
Do not use in oven or in microwave oven. Do not wash in dishwasher.
