Material.
Handles: combination of santoprene (special elastomer with non-grip features) and polypropylene.
Blade: german steel 1.4116 consists of Carbon, Chromium, Vanadium, Molybdenim and several other materials.
Blade mesurements: L. 21 cm.
After hardening/ tempering, grinding, sharpening and some other major processes, the hardness of the blades can reach as high as HRC 56′ and above providing at the same time the strongness and flexibility.
The hand-honed razor sharp blade edge offers also the long lasting sharpness, easy edge maintenance and rapid re-sharpening features.
The handles offer non-slip ergonomic grip, total control of the knife and maximum strength.
