Description
A totally natural product, without the addition of preservatives or thickeners, in that it exploits the excellent preservative qualities and high density of its ingredients, namely acacia honey and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena P.G.I. The health benefits of honey are well known – nourishing, a tonic and anti-inflammatory, and those of balsamic vinegar, rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
Dark brown colour. On the palate the sweetness of the honey meets the sourness of the balsamic vinegar, which forms a perfect blend for cheese, and is also suitable on risottos or fresh fruit.
